2. Fill Out Measurements: Complete the form with the necessary measurements for your cuts and edge banding requirements. (Use decimal inches)
3. Email the Form: Once filled out, email the completed form along with your order number to [email protected].
4. Confirm and Process: Our team will review your submission and confirm the details before proceeding with your order.
To help you complete the form correctly, here are examples of dropdown options used in the file:
Material Code: TKEBRM3500, TKEBSPMT2944, TKACR2322, etc.
Edge Banding Sides:
L = Left (Width)
R = Right (Width)
T = Top (Length)
B = Bottom (Length)
TBLR = All sides edge banded
Grain Direction: Y / N / X
Please note: Parts with dimensions less than 3 inches will not be eligible for edge banding. Includes 10% waste allowance for production efficiency and material handling.
