Tektone Refund and Return Policy

At Tektone, we aim to provide high-quality products and services, ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.

Return Eligibility

  • Standard Products: You may return any non-customized, unused, and unopened products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • Custom Orders: Due to the made-to-order nature of customized products (such as cut MDF panels or edge banding made to specific measurements), these items are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

Return Process

  1. Submit a Return Request: Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization and provide instructions for sending the product(s) back.
  3. Ship the Items Back: Ensure the product is securely packaged and shipped to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
  4. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately (within 5 days of delivery) with photos of the damage and a detailed description. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-cut MDF panels or edge banding
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons other than our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.
